V/locity Update

Unbelievable, we are still experiencing some technical issues with the V/locity PC Board which has caused a delay in production.

As many of you are aware, we had a desire to upgrade the PC Board from our Xplorer model and basically had a new board designed that would enable two additional functions in DCC mode to enable a greater separation of the lighting. This has taken the Chinese PC Board manufacturers much longer than anticipated to get it right.

We are working through the issue with our technical adviser & the factory and hope to be in a position to give a delivery indication towards the end of next week.

We are naturally as disappointed as our many clients who are eagerly awaiting the model and can only apologise for the disappointment and hope you appreciate that these things are beyond our control.

As far as the new paint scheme is concerned we have been advised that because the livery is still experimental and not finalised they are not in a position to give Southern Rail permission to reproduce the livery at this time.

Accordingly it can not be included in the current production run.

Victorian & South Australian Tank Car

At last, some good news. We are delighted to advise that the VSA tank cars are at last on the move and will be arriving around the 7^th August. All customer orders will be despatched prior to Caulfield & we will have stock available at the Exhibition.

We will commence the final payment process next week and charge cards where we have the authority to do so or SR will be contacting clients to make arrangements for this final payment.
