PROJECT UPDATES

V/LOCITY

After a long wait, yippy yi yo, the V/LOCITY is currently in tooling. We are working with our factory to try and have test shots available at the Hobson’s Bay Exhibition over Easter. That’s the plan but you know Murphy’s Law.

VICTORIAN & SA RAIL TANK CARS

VSA 3 :  3 DOME ROUND ATSF 4534H – SINGLE CAR – SA/ANR – CIRCA 1990’s

We can report that the models are currently in production and we have an agreed air shipping date of the 3^rd April. Keep your fingers crossed

FROM 3 CAR PACK VSA 12 –  1 DOME ROUND – 410 OIL TANK

AMPOL / FREIGHT AUSTRALIA / ATLANTIC RAIL TANK CARS

.As previously advised this round of Rail Tank Cars will follow hard on the heels of the VIC/SA RTC’s and we have an agreed ship date of 5^th May. Again Murphy’s Law may apply

PRX/NPRY CEMENT HOPPERS

The drawing work continues but we are relatively pleased with the progress. These should be completed in the next week or so & then we will see how it fits with the rest of the schedule. These few drawings indicate the work & detail going into the project to get it right. The underbody looks pretty impressive but there are corrections to be made.

2300/DFZ CLASS LOCO

There is no update available on this loco at the moment but we will make a blog posting at the earliest possible time.

NEW PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT

With this blog we are delighted to announce three new models in our TRACKSIDE range.

Each model is cast in resin and is beautifully painted & finished appropriately and packed in a strong, foam lined box

We anticipate delivery to take place in July.

For a short time only, all three models are offered at a combined, fully paid with order pre-delivery price of $168.15 + free postage

STOCK POSITION

The single cars have sold out in the Xplorers whilst many of the Qld VGK wheat hoppers and some of the NDHF concrete sleeper wagons have also sold out. If you don’t want to miss out, now is the time to do something about it as there are quite a few models with a “Limited Stock” posting next to them. This generally means there are around 10 left. If it has “Limited Stock – Less than 5” that’s the truth of the matter & you really do need to be quick because we just don’t have time to update these pages each week
