4^th November – PRODUCT UPDATES 

VLOCITY UPDATE

Due to the PC board samples being lost by DHL on the way back to China, the project has been delayed by several weeks.

On Monday we signed off on the PC boards and we are very happy with the functions in DCC. All the parts have been completed, along with the decorations, so we are now just waiting for the PC boards and final assembly, which we expect will take aproximately 2-3 weeks.

The VLocities will now arrive in December (in time for Christmas)

NPRY UPDATE

Adjustments to the tooling have been completed and signed off. Production is well in hand and the shipping date has not been changed. The NPRY’s will be arriving in December.

TRACKSIDE UPDATE

The gantry, signal box and goods shed have been shipped but are currently held up in Chinese customs due to an issue with other shippers. They are now expected to ship on 8th November so they should reach us around 25th November.

We at Southern Rail would like to offer our thanks for the continued support we have received from our kind and loyal customers during these unforseen yet unavoidable complications and delays.

All quantites and availablity of stock have been updated on our website for each product. Some items are very very low, including the overhead staunchions.
