• Should you wish to cancel your order for any reason, an administration fee of $50 will be retained by Southern Rail
• Significant or continuous changes to your order may result in a $50 administration fee (at the discretion of the Directors)
• Prices and model specifications are subject to change without notice
• If you are placing an order with a deposit, it will be treated as a lay-by. You are therefore required to make regular payments towards it and the administration of the lay-by will be covered by NSW Government legislation. Cancellation fees apply.

Gift Certificates

• Gift Certificates can be used for DIRECT ORDERS ONLY. Not valid at any retailer
• Valid for 12 months after purchase
• Certificate MUST BE SURRENDERED with use.
• Southern Spirit Club Car discounts DO NOT APPLY to the purchase of Gift Certificates

Returns

• Southern Rail will not accept any returns unless an authorised return number has been allocated, and is clearly labelled on the outside of the parcel
• Returns made without an authorised return number will not be accepted and the consignee will be responsible for all postage costs and any loss associated with the parcel

Warranty

• Southern Rail offers a twelve month warranty from the date of purchase against faulty workmanship and materials
• By Government legislation we will, at our option, repair replace or refund where any product fails to meet the conditions of sale that the item is of merchantable quality
